Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my Bouncy Castle Hire? A:Most of our bouncy castles have either built-in or separate shower covers. With our weather sometimes isn't the greatest but if it does rain persistently we have no other option but cancel the Bouncy Castle Hire, This is for your own Health & safety.

Q: How long can I keep the bouncy castle, slide or inflatable?
A: We normally deliver in the morning and collect in the evening but we try to be as flexible as possible so please ask at the time of booking. If you hire a bouncy castle, slide or inflatable for only a few hours, such as for an indoor event or an after-school activity, the price will be the same because the same amount of work is involved for us. Our normal collection times are between 4pm - 7pm but this can vary depending on the time of year. If you have selected an earlier collection time we will stick to what you have chosen in the booking form, Bouncy castles, slides, assault courses and our other inflatables must be well lit if used in the dark for safety reasons

Q: How late can I leave it to book?
A: During the summer months we are very busy, particularly at weekends and bank holidays, so you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. However, we will accept bookings as late as the same day, so it's always worth a phone call if you do make a last minute decision.

Q: Can we move the bouncy castle, slide or inflatable?
A: No, for insurance and safety reasons, once the bouncy castle, slide or inflatable has been delivered and installed and our staff have left, it must not be moved or re-positioned under any circumstances.

Q:Can my inflatable go on pathing slabes or bricks & tiles?
A: Pathing slabs/bricks/tiles & stones are not acceptable.

Q:How do I pay?
A: Payment is made by cash upon delivery.

Q:can I book overnight?
A:
Yes, overnight is an additional £35 which can be selected when booking, items are usually collected the following day between 11am & 2pm depending on our schedule.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.

Cancellation policy

By making a booking you agree that the ground is suitable as stated. On arrival if ground does not meet our requirements the booking will be void.

The Booking fee is non-refundable Unless we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

we do require at least 48hrs notice for a cancellation anything after this will result is half payment to full payment to cancelled at the last minute.

Hard Standing

Inflatables that are for use on Tarmac & solid concrete we will need to secure the inflatable by drilling 10mm holes. Pathing slabs & stones are not acceptable for safety reasons.
